Make Half your Plate Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and veggies add color, flavor and texture, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber to your plate.  Make 1 1/2 cups of fruit and 2 cups of vegetables your daily goal.

Did you know there are more then 10,000 phytonutrients in an apple? some of them we don't even know what they do! But we do know the benefits of whole fresh fruits and vegetables is the first line defense to ward off most diseases, especially the #1 killer heart disease.
